30th Frejka’s Days

The 30th annual orthopaedic congress Frejka’s Days took place from 27 June to 28 June 2024. The congress was traditionally held at the Maximus Resort Hotel in the beautiful surroundings of the Brno Dam.

The president of the event was the head of the orthopaedic clinic at the St. Anne’s Hospital in Brno doc. MUDr. Tomáš Tomáš, Ph.D.

The event was attended by doctors and nurses from all over the Czech Republic. The congress was intended for orthopaedic surgeons and nurses from all surgical disciplines working both in inpatient wards and in the outpatient sphere.

Promedica was the General Partner of this event. The stand presented a complete representation of the manufacturer’s portfolio Smith & Nephew – orthopaedics area. At the end of the second day, workshops were held on:

Save the meniscus – under the guidance of Michael Lujec, MD, FN Brno, practical demonstration of Smith+Nephew products: Novostitch, FastFix 360, FastFix Flex, Firstpass mini, NovoCut.
The whole conference was accompanied by a friendly atmosphere not only in the lecture halls, but also during the traditional social evening for medical professionals.
