II. WORKSHOP ON PLASMACOBLATION SURGERY IN HEAD AND NECK SURGERY

On Friday, March 3, the second demonstration course focused on the use of plasmacoblation in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery took place at the Otorhinolaryngology Clinic of the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University Hospital Královské Vinohrady. Apart from the theoretical background, the main subject of the educational event was the demonstration of the use of plasmacoblation in surgery of adenotonsillar pathologies, in rhinosurgery and neck surgery.

The workshop was, as last year, organized by the ENT Clinic of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University Hospital Královské Vinohrady together with Promedica and FortMedica.

The expert guarantor of the course was again Doc. MUDr. Martin Chovanec, Ph.D., MHA. The invitation was accepted by prim. MUDr. Tomáš Fořt, who presented Tips and Tricks in plasmacoblation surgery.

The course was attended by 10 doctors from different hospitals, some of whom are already working with plasmacoblation. We are pleased that the demonstration course was once again very well received, and we are therefore already slowly preparing for the preparation of the third year.
